The 2018 KaleidaCaring Conference:  General Event Information

The 2018 KaleidaCaring Conference (formerly called KaleidaCare's National User Group Conference) will be held on Wednesday, August 15th to Friday, August 17th, in Austin, Texas.

Registration Details:

  • The registration fee is $400 per person.
  • Special price for 3 or more people attending from the same organization is $200 per person.
  • Pre-User Group Activity for System Administrator Training is an additional $100 per person.

Hotel Information:

The 2018 KaleidaCaring Conference will be held again at the Westin Austin at the Domain. This beautiful location offers over 150 fun shops, restaurants and entertainment, including Top Golf, Social Punch Hour and Rock Rose Street with original Austin vibe. Due to the great turnout we are having this year, our special rate pricing of $179/night has been extended to August 1st, 2018, and reservations after this date may be made based on total hotel availability and the daily rate. Last year, the special hotel rate sold out so please plan ahead. The hotel also offers free parking and will shuttle you via golf carts all over the domain area.
